What thermal shows
Temperature tells the story a camera cannot.
A thermal payload records the heat radiating from a surface. Where insulation has failed, water has tracked in or an electrical component is running hot, the pattern shows up clearly from the air. It is a fast way to know where to look before anyone commits to opening a roof up.
